Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories and original components must be included.

  • Items must be in resellable condition.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.


Hygiene & Wellness Products (Important)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened:

  • sleep masks

  • wearable wellness devices

  • personal care & skincare products

  • items worn directly on the body

If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for assistance.


How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. My Wrinkles Gone is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos whenever possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Final Sale Items

Certain items are designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once purchased.

Final Sale items may include:

  • clearance or heavily discounted products

  • limited-stock bundles

  • seasonal items

  • items marked “Final Sale” on the product page

If a Final Sale item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
