Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as My Wrinkles Gone is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include photos whenever possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

Final Sale Items

Certain items are designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once purchased.

Final Sale items may include:

  • Clearance or heavily discounted products
  • Discontinued fragrances

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
